Six honest questions
What counts as a point?
1 point = a 5″ 720p Fast film. 10″ doubles, 15″ triples. 1080p doubles. Pro tier × 1.25 (rounded up). The compose page shows you the exact cost before you submit.
What happens when I run out?
FOLIO: wait for the 1st of next month, or upgrade. VOLUME / OPUS: buy a PAYG pack (members-only, never expires). The Studio surfaces both options at the moment your quota hits zero.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. From Atelier → Billing → Customer Portal you can cancel, change cadence, or update card. Cancelled subscriptions stay active until the end of the current period.
What about refunds?
Annual subscribers can refund within 7 days if no quota was used. EU / UK consumers retain the 14-day statutory cooling-off period. PAYG packs refund pro-rata if unspent. We don't refund used quota — AI compute cost is irrecoverable.
Do you train models on my prompts?
No. Your prompts and outputs are forwarded to BytePlus / Atlas Cloud for inference and stored in your private archive. They are not used to train any model. See the Privacy section of our Terms for details.
Can I share / sell what I make?
Yes — you own your outputs (subject to the disclaimers in our Terms about IP, likeness, and applicable law). FOLIO outputs carry a visible watermark; VOLUME and OPUS ship clean.
